Successful SÜFFA

VEMAG Maschinenbau GmbH, Verden/Aller, Germany, is delighted with the great interest shown by trade fair visitors during SÜFFA. In Stuttgart, Germany, the company presented various solutions for small and medium sized businesses, such as a new filling machine.

The VEMAG team led by Sales Manager Germany Patrick Friederix and Product Manager Thomas Dippel presented current trends and new production solutions to visitors at SÜFFA. Among other things, the experts presented current solutions for sausage production. The VS227plus sausage line was on display. Even with frequent caliber changes and different sausage lengths, the line guarantees a consistent, clear product appearance.

The company also presented its extensive portfolio of vacuum fillers and modular attachments. These ensure perfect portioning, uniform forming and precise dosing of various products, e.g. into cups, jars or cans.

One highlight was the new DP6 filling machine - the robust all-rounder for small sized businesses. The machine is ideally suited for the precise portioning of soft and stiff products. The hopper geometry ensures an even product flow. The feeding parts of the filler are made of stainless steel and the feeding system itself consists of just five parts. Thanks to the small number of feeding parts, the filler can be assembled and cleaned quickly and easily. It is operated quickly and intuitively via a touch display with a home button. This precise control of the entire system ensures accurate weights and high system efficiency.

Like all VEMAG machines and modules, the DP6 meets the highest hygiene standards. The modular system of filling machines and interchangeable attachments enables both small and medium-sized businesses to make targeted investments. This increases flexibility in production, as VEMAG systems enable the precise processing of a wide variety of masses, whether pasty, flowable or chunky. Furthermore, the product portfolio can be easily expanded at any time thanks to the modular principle. If required, the system and therefore production can grow with it.

Overall, the team led by Sales Manager Germany Patrick Friederix and Product Manager Thomas Dippel is very satisfied with the event. The trade fair booth was very well attended throughout. There were exciting discussions, people talked about current trends and exchanged ideas. VEMAG will incorporate the exchange of experiences and input into its daily work in order to further develop customer-oriented solutions for the benefit of its customers.
