Linking of cooked sausages
Precise Lengths and Weights at Highest Speed

Our Length Portioning Device LPG238 with looper offers precise length accuracy and highest weight accuracy at a portioning speed of up to 2,200 portions per minute with an improved casing yield. The sausages can then be transferred directly to a continuous cooking and smoking system. The LPG238 is the mirrored version of the LPG218 for easy integration into the production environment. Cooked sausages in artificial and collagen casings are linked safely and efficiently.

When speed is of the essence, the Length Portioning Device LPG208 is the right choice. Complex requirements can be mastered productively with just one machine: linking and transfer for hanging or separating, cooked sausages, fresh sausages and dry sausages - an all-round solution for any sausage production requirement. Thanks to the fully automatic casing pusher and significantly shorter casing change times than with conventional solutions, the high speed of the LPG208 can be utilized even better. The Length Portioning Device LPG208 links sausages with maximum length and weight accuracy in a caliber range from 13 to 40+ mm.

The VS227plus easily operates with frequent changes of caliber and sausage length, while maintaining a clear product appearance. Length and diameter of the sausages can be flexibly adjusted. The machine's conveyor belts guarantee products of exact length. A rotating twin head ensures reduced casing changeover times. The VS227plus processes calibers of up to 60 mm.

The Flexible Sausage Line FSL211 is the compact entry-level model for industrial sausage production and produces cooked sausages, fresh sausages and dry sausages safely. The FSL211 can be easily adapted to the product and is used wherever a variety of different products are produced. The portioning and linking unit of the FSL211 ensures efficient production of length-accurate and reproducible products. Optimal product results are guaranteed by an optional sensor-controlled casing end detection system.

The hanging machine AH239 is a device for automatic hanging of sausage loops in different hanging patterns with easily adjustable distances as well as the possibility to group sausages (group function). The optional scale877 can be integrated for direct weight control at the line. The hanging machine AH239 is the mirrored version of the AH219.

The hanging machine AH212 is a device for automatic hanging of sausage loops in different hanging patterns. It can be easily integrated into the VEMAG sausage lines. The AH212 is available in a short and a long execution according to individual production requirements.

The Cutting Machine TM203 separates fresh sausage with a cutting capacity of up to 1,300 cuts per minute. The exact cutting position is entered via PC. The cut is made precisely in the linking point even when processing curved sausages.

Flexible linking of sausages in natural and artificial casing

The casing holding device DHV937 flexibly processes natural and artificial casing. The casing brake of the DHV937 can be adjusted during production without tools and without having to stop the machine. Since the device does not require its own drive, it is wear- and maintenance-free.

The DHV937 can be used, for example, with the vacuum filling machine Robby.

The universal casing holding device for linking of all common casing types

The casing holding device DHV815 flexibly processes all common casing types in a range of 13 - 58 mm caliber. The casing brake ensures particularly gentle handling of the casing. Due to the easy threading of the casings, non-productive times are noticeably reduced. Optionally, the DHV815 can be used with a length portioning device for precise length/diameter and weight. The integrated push back function facilitates the feeding of the casing through the casing brake.

The DHV815 can be used, for example, with the vacuum filling machine Robby.

Linking of sausages in collagen, cellulose and natural casings

The casing holding device DHV841 flexibly processes all common casing types. It achieves extremely high linking speeds of up to 700 portions per minute. The attached caddy holder ensures short distances and fast casing changes. Collagen and cellulose casings can be processed more easily thanks to the integrated casing pusher and casing end detection.

The DHV841 can be used, for example, with the vacuum filling machine Robby.

The casing holding device with length portioning function LPV802 links sausages in natural casings of the same length, caliber and weight. The device noticeably reduces the number of casing bursts.

Easy, reliable, efficient

We develop our technology to make your production easier and more efficient. Simple and fast casing changes reduce non-productive times and thus help to increase productivity. Applying and changing casings is especially reliable and safe using VEMAG machines. The unique VEMAG gripper principle ensures that the casings are perfectly positioned on the linking horn and stabilises them during loading. This prevents misloading and kinks in the casings. An integrated casing pusher assists the linking function and ensures that the casing is gently and consistently advanced, for accurately linked sausages.

When it comes to product separation, our technology delivers reliable cutting performance: Our perfectly synchronized belt systems that stretch the actual linking point, combined with an absolutely reliable and centered cut thanks to our sensor technology, offers outstanding results. With the separated portions thus guided in controlled positioning, the onward transfer to downstream automated solutions is very simple.

The VEMAG hanging machines come into play when the sausages are not separated, but thermally treated or smoked / dried. The hanging machine is a device for the automatic hanging of sausage loops, and easy removal with the smoke stick. It is operated via the intuitive touch display of the vacuum filling machine. The variety of products that can be produced with our sausage lines is almost endless. Simple adjustment and easy change-overs turn your production line into an all-rounder.
