The Ball Control BC236 is connected to two vacuum filling machines. One machine provides the filling stream for the outer mass (coating), the other provides the filling flow for the filling (core). Both masses are combined in the forming module. The core, regardless of its consistency, is precisely placed in the product.

The Servocrimper is a universally applicable module for the production of a wide variety of ball-shaped or cylindrical filled products. The Servocrimper can generate a filling content of up to 70 percent and is also suitable for highly chunky masses. The filling is always positioned exactly inside the product. The attachment operates with 100 cycles on one and two lanes and with 80 cycles on four and six lanes.
