VEMAG Maschinenbau GmbH looks back on a successful participation at Interzoo 2026. The world’s leading trade fair for the pet industry brought together manufacturers and industry experts from around the globe in Nuremberg. At its 95-square-meter booth in Hall 4A, VEMAG presented solutions for modern and flexible pet food production and held numerous discussions with international customers and partners.

VEMAG’s solutions for modern pet food production

The fully automatic FKF607 can, cup, and jar filling line fills pasty, free-flowing, or chunky products – such as wet food – at a rate of up to 120 containers per minute. It is particularly clean and gentle during portioning, even with stringy pet food products. The high weight accuracy reduces give-away and saves on raw material costs. Quick format changes enable flexible production processes.

The FST883 filling stream divider, which distributes products across up to 36 identical lanes, also generated significant interest. The system thus enables high-performance and scalable production of sticks, bars, and various other shaped pet food snacks. The uniform filling streams ensure maximum weight accuracy and reproducible results.

Interzoo 2026 once again demonstrated the pet food industry’s high demand for automation solutions that are both efficient and flexible. The many discussions at our booth and the significant interest in our machines confirmed that we understand the industry’s challenges and are focusing on the right solutions.
