Our institution offers a wide range of technical and commercial training programs, including mechatronics technician, machinist, product designer, digitalization management clerk, industrial clerk, and many more. We are a well-known and popular training company for more than 10 different training professions, with a strong presence beyond the city limits. Our extensive training facility and working opportunities in various different departments offer our trainees a dynamic and engaging learning experience. The process of acquiring new knowledge, applying that knowledge in practice, and becoming a professional in one's field occurs almost organically. It is no coincidence that our trainees have consistently achieved state and national championship titles.

One of the cornerstones of our corporate philosophy is the promotion and training of young people. Approximately 900 of our employees were trained through our own program, and a significant portion of them have been with the company for an extended period. We are therefore particularly pleased to welcome the 35 new trainees. With a total of 105 trainees, approximately three-quarters of whom are in the industrial/technical sector, we have a trainee ratio of well over 11%. This is a key indicator of our long-term success, as we believe that ensuring our employees are well-trained and motivated is essential to our continued growth and success.
