VEMAG at SÜFFA 2023 in Hall 7, Booth 7C10.
The butcher trade faces many challenges. On the one hand, companies have to produce high-quality products and specialties. On the other hand, they have to respond quickly to changing customer demands. Additionally, many butcher shops are producing snack and convenience products, but also more and more plant-based alternatives. To meet all these challenges, VEMAG Maschinenbau GmbH, Verden/Aller, Germany, is presenting a wide range of solutions at SÜFFA to further optimize production. At Stand 7C10 in Hall 7, the company will display a new vacuum filling machine, an extensive range of attachments, as well as innovations for new product ideas and more variety at the sales counter.
Optimized sausage production
The VS227plus sausage line will be presented at the trade fair. The machine is tailored to the needs of medium-sized businesses and is characterized by its adaptability and productivity. The solution offers weight accurate sausage production - even with frequent changes of caliber and different sausage lengths - and products with a consistently clear product appearance. Two linking horns and the rotating twin head minimize casing changeover time. The VS227plus can process natural, polyamide and collagen casings. The line can thus be used to produce a wide range of sausages economically and flexibly with an output rate of up to 400 sausages per minute.
Further exhibits
At SÜFFA, VEMAG Maschinenbau GmbH will also be presenting the new grinder985 for the vacuum filling machine HP1. The attachment for simultaneous grinding and filling of meat products and masses reduces the number of preparation steps.
VEMAG will be presenting many more attachments, especially for small scale businesses. For example, the skewer former931, which can be used to apply minced meat and other masses directly to a wooden, plastic or metal skewer. Skewers of various lengths and diameters can be used. In addition to round nozzles, shapes such as star, rectangular or spiral nozzles are available. Customer-specific shapes are also available on request.
The portfolio for small scale businesses is extended by the can filling tube908, which will also be presented at the trade fair. The attachment can be easily mounted to VEMAG filling machines. The can filling tube908 precisely portions and fills liquid and pasty masses, with and without inclusions, into jars, cans or cups. The filling tube is available with various filling head attachments.
More flexibility
The production possibilities for small scale businesses are diverse: savory, sweet, meaty or vegetarian, grilled items and premium burger patties, filled or unfilled products - VEMAG listens to its customers and adapts to their needs. The modular system of filling machines and interchangeable attachments enables small scale businesses and medium-sized companies to make targeted investments.
