The product quality remains consistently high. The portions are then counted and the sausages are realigned for subsequent grouping.

The sausages are grouped according to their position in the tray using the triangular belt, which allows for variable adjustment of the loading patterns. This enables the sausages to be placed in a compact or loose configuration. The trays are fully utilized, as the sausages can be placed in close proximity, ensuring maximum flexibility with regard to the use of different tray formats.

The sausages are transferred to the tray by the impeller from a low drop height.
