With fully automatic tray loading, the individual portions move from the attachment onto a P2P belt. The products are then loaded into the precisely positioned trays. A conveyor belt is available to remove the filled trays.

Two different cassette types are suitable for the SL309:

• The vacuum cassette is suitable for use with foam and cardboard trays. It is manually adjustable and can accommodate a wide variety of tray formats.
• The spindle cassette holds plastic trays.

The cassettes can be removed without tools to save time and can also be interchanged, as both the vacuum cassette and the spindle cassette fit into the same holder. To change the cassette, simply pull the cassette holder backwards.

Thanks to the fully automatic loading of the packaging, manual work is eliminated, effectively eliminating contamination: Product safety is maximized. All  parts of the SL309 can be cleaned quickly and easily with low pressure and standard cleaning agents.

The SL309 has a compact design. The design is ideal for setting up parallel lines: the infeed belts run in the same direction as the product flow, allowing several lines to be set up closer together. Tray loading is possible by simply converting the tray infeed from the front or rear.
