Expand your product portfolio flexibly and automatically

The AML273 produces perfectly formed meatballs, vegetable balls, cevapcici, Adana köfte, croquettes and more at maximum speed. The Automatic Meatball Loader stands for flexible production of products with an absolutely perfect appearance. The formed products are automatically placed directly into trays. The AML273 can also be integrated into the flexible line. With the modular system and easily interchangeable attachments, you can produce a wide variety of products with just one line. The entire line is intuitively controlled from the filling machine. Investment volume and space requirements are reduced to a minimum. Changing just one attachment maximizes your flexibility.

The knife plates

The product shape is determined by the easily interchangeable forming nozzles and knife plates. A filling flow divider separates the mass into identical product flows and guides them to the knife plates. The desired shape is achieved by moving the knife plates towards each other. Regardless of the selected product shape, exact weight accuracy and perfect forming are guaranteed.

The multi-lane outlet

The standard version of the AML273 has five outputs. Depending on specific customer requirements, the number of outlets can vary from one to up to five. It is possible to change the product spacing. The outlet diameter can be adjusted with nozzle inserts. Special shapes can also be realized on customer request.

The patented take-along roller

After the products have been formed and separated, the patented take-along roller ensures that the products are precisely aligned and parallel on the conveyor belt. This ensures that the products are loaded cleanly into the tray. Rework is significantly minimized.

The flattening belt

The height adjustable flattening belt ensures the desired product height. A textured roller can be added at the customer's request for a customized look.
