Forming and separating with flexibility and precision.

The BC236 can be used for a variety of applications. Minced meatballs, croquettes, cheese balls with filling, burgers with feta cheese balls or vegetable balls with filling: The products can be produced in the form of balls or drops, cylinders or ellipses, filled or unfilled, with a weight from 1 g and a diameter between 10 and 60 mm, depending on the variant. A conversion kit to the high output version is available for high output requirements. Up to 3,000 unfilled products can be produced on 12 lanes.

Forming and separating

The Ball Control BC236 is equipped with counter-rotating perforated plates whose shape is adapted to the application. The motion sequences of the perforated plates are freely programmable. The VEMAG filling flow divider technology ensures a precisely defined product quantity at all outlets. The overlapping of the perforated plates ensures reliable separation. The forming nozzles can be changed quickly and easily.

Flattening belt and structure roll

A height adjustable flattening belt ensures that the product reaches the desired height. An optional structure roll can be mounted behind the flattening belt to give the product a unique look. This allows you to respond quickly and flexibly to market trends.

Coextrusion

For the optional production of filled products, the Ball Control BC236 is connected to a second vacuum filling machine. One vacuum filling machine generates the filling flow for the casing material (coating), while the other generates the filling flow for the filling. Regardless of the consistency of the filling, it is precisely placed in the product.

The Ball Control BC236 is a universal attachment for the flexible production of convenience products. It enables the production of a wide variety of shapes, including balls, cylinders, oval and drop-shaped products, both filled and unfilled. The mass is portioned using a vacuum filling machine.
