THE Grinding TECHNOLOGY

VEMAG's grinding technology ensures the production of loose-structured patties of perfect quality and color. The integrated, continuous separation process removes unwanted raw material components, such as tendons and cartilage, safely and effectively. The continuous product flow enables precise portioning of loose individual portions with freely selectable formats and weights.

THE moving forming unit

The moving forming unit ensures the product is transferred particularly gently from the minced meat attachment to the form. Meanwhile, the moving blocks ensure the product is shaped gently. Forming time and product compression can be adjusted individually for different shapes and weights. The maximum output rate is up to 280 patties per minute.

THE PRODUCT STAMP

The product stamp flattens the product and shapes it gently and evenly. Both the height of the product and the flattening intensity can be adjusted individually, enabling the production of both very loose and very compact patties.
