VS227plus

The specialist for frequent product changes

The VS227plus links cooked sausages, fresh bratwurst and dry sausages safely and efficiently. It is designed for variable production with frequent changes in caliber and sausage length, while maintaining a consistently clear product appearance.

  • Adjustable length and diameter for maximum flexibility

The linking horns

The linking head is equipped with two identical linking horns. While the casing section is being linked from one horn, the operator has enough time to place a new casing on the second horn. This greatly reduces casing changeover time.

The conveyor belts

The conveyor belts hold the sausages during the linking process and ensure absolutely accurate and reproducible products. The sausage lengths are variably adjustable, allowing for flexibility in production.
