The infeed system

The infeed system of the DPnx has been optimized and the geometry improved. In addition to the infeed scroll, the stopper has also been redesigned. The optimized product feed of the DPnx ensures minimal residual quantities, high weight accuracy and air-free products.

The rotary vane pump

Optimum product protection thanks to the newly designed rotary vane pump and improved filling horn holder. The precise and powerful drive ensures high output with exact weights. A flexible system for different weights and products.

The control system

The new control system offers maximum system efficiency thanks to a new recipe overview and a full text search, among other things. Invalid entries are automatically intercepted. An installation wizard ensures that the system is set up quickly. The new user interface is characterized by intuitive user guidance based on easy-to-understand icons and graphics. This shortens the training period, reduces downtimes and minimizes the risk of operating errors.
