The HPnx feeding system has been optimized and the geometry improved. Installation and removal of the infeed scroll is now even easier thanks to magnetic force. The HPnx's optimized product feed ensures minimal residue and gentle handling of raw materials. The reinforced components guarantee a long service life.

At the heart of the filling machine are the VEMAG double screws. Developed to the highest standards, the double screw also transports raw materials with large pieces from the infeed to the outlet of the machine in a particularly gentle manner. The raw material is not stressed and smearing is effectively prevented. Portioning is absolutely weight accurate.

The new control system offers maximum system efficiency thanks to a new recipe overview and full text search. All parameters are displayed clearly and are self-explanatory. Invalid entries are automatically intercepted. An installation wizard ensures that the system is set up quickly. The new operation shortens training time, reduces downtime and eliminates operator errors.

Cleaning the HPnx is now even faster thanks to the flushable vacuum channel. Narrow gap widths, easily accessible components and metal-detectable O-rings in the product-conducting area ensure a new standard of hygiene and high production reliability.

The optional cleaning table, mounted at the outlet of the machine, provides a safe storage solution for all components during cleaning. Once the double screw and double screw housing have been removed, they can be placed on the cleaning table with minimal effort. Once the machine has been cleaned, the components can be quickly reassembled, allowing for a swift resumption of production. The convenient placement of all parts within easy reach at all times contributes to enhanced efficiency in production. There is no need to lift heavy parts, which saves time and effort.
