On September 20 and 21, 2022, the dfv Mediengruppe will host the upcoming afz AKADEMIE for the butchery trade. We will open our doors for the practice workshop, visit our production halls together and present an exciting lecture in our customer center. The participants of the afz AKADEMIE learn more about optimization processes within production and sales, as well as about strengthening employee recruitment and retention. For two days, participants are immersed in the multifaceted world of the butcher's trade, from exciting plant tours to informative lectures.
The event aims, among other things, to sustainably strengthen the butchery trade and position it for the future - objectives that are very close to our hearts. Through the exchange, we want to understand the requirements of the butchery trade even better and develop suitable solutions for the future.
