From February 2 to 5, 2020, VEMAG Maschinenbau GmbH will present at ProSweets, Cologne, Germany, in Hall 10.1, Booth C008 its solutions for forming and precise portioning of fine doughs as well as pastes and pumpable mixtures for any customer requirement. The ProSweets visitors have the opportunity to experience the economic and productive advantages and the presented machines live and in action at the VEMAG booth.
At the same time new ideas for individual production solutions, according to customers’ needs may be found.
The displayed machine will include the flexible portioner Robot500 in conjunction with an ASV811 cutting device, an HPE-series filling machine with an MMP223 portioner and an MTL280 multiloader for depositing and loading of packed goods. Additionally on display is the HP20E portioner featuring a 32-up filling flow divider for production of different types of mixtures in multiple lanes.

Liquorice, doughs for backed goods and cookies, marzipan, fondant or mixtures for fruit and energy bars – VEMAG machines guarantee precise portioning as well as exact forming into bars, balls, blocks etc. A wide variety of modular attachments ensure that the food portioners can be used flexibly to cope with seasonal demands and at a high output to process a variety of products.
At the very heart of VEMAG machines is the "double screw" which transports doughs or mixtures extremely gently and without crushing using the double spindle principle.
