Investing in a new machine or a new product is a big decision and needs to be well considered. We understand that. In October 2005, we therefore opened our Customer Center at our site in Verden, which offers you premises for the development of new products and manufacturing processes as well as the opportunity to experience our machines live, from assembly to operation and disassembly. With your original recipes or raw materials provided by VEMAG, you can work with our technologists and product managers to test the manufacture of a wide variety of products such as food, pet food or non-food, perfect them from a quality and cost perspective or produce samples for retail.
Thanks to the EU food approval, product samples can be packaged and sent directly to customers for tasting or presentation. By the way, you can get all this without leaving your office! In exclusive online live sessions, we offer machine demonstrations and Factory Acceptance Tests via live video chat in interactive dialog with our experts. Appointments can be easily made on request.
