The FM250 Forming Machine produces burger patties in a form-stable and weight accurate manner at portioning speeds of up to 300 portions per minute. The mass is fed particularly gently, ensuring products with excellent texture and a natural bite.

The Burger Former BF255 produces burger patties with a loose structure and unique product quality. Thanks to exchangeable forming blocks, the attachment offers great flexibility in terms of shapes and portion weights. The selected portion weight remains absolutely accurate even at an output rate of up to 240 patties per minute.

Our Automatic Meatball Loader AML273 produces form-stable round and long products with accurate weight control and at consistent production speeds. Quickly exchangeable nozzles and knife plates increase efficiency during product changes. The formed products can be automatically loaded into trays.

The Ball Control BC236 with upstream vacuum filling machine produces absolutely weight accurate formed products on up to 12 lanes. The nozzles and knife plates are easily exchangeable and allow quick format changes. Croquettes, balls and much more - everything is possible.

The Ball Control BC236 is connected to two vacuum filling machines. One machine provides the filling flow for the outer mass (coating), the other provides the filling stream for the filling (core). Both masses are combined in the forming module. The core, regardless of its consistency, is precisely placed in the product.

The Servocrimper is a universally applicable module for the production of a wide variety of ball-shaped or cylindrical filled products. The Servocrimper can generate a filling content of up to 70 percent and is also suitable for highly chunky masses. The filling is always positioned exactly inside the product. The attachment operates with 100 cycles on one and two lanes and with 80 cycles on four and six lanes.

Our Minced Meat Portioner MMP223 for the clean and weight accurate production of plant-based minced meat operates in continuous mode, offering portioning capacities of up to 200 portions per minute. Even at highest portioning capacities and with compact product dimensions, the structure always remains loose.

Our Length Portioning Device LPG218 is the market-leading solution for the safe and efficient linking of cooked sausages in artificial and collagen casings. It offers precise sausage lengths and highest weight accuracy at a portioning speed of up to 2,200 portions per minute with improved casing yield.

When speed is of the essence, the Length Portioning Device LPG208 is the right choice. Complex requirements can be mastered productively with just one machine: linking and transfer for hanging or separating, plant-based cooked sausages, fresh sausages and dry sausages - an all-round solution for any sausage production requirement. Thanks to the fully automatic casing pusher and significantly shorter casing change times than with conventional solutions, the high speed of the LPG208 can be utilized even better. The Length Portioning Device LPG208 links sausages with maximum length and weight accuracy in a caliber range from 13 to 40+ mm.

Our continuous alginate coextrusion line CC215 produces plant-based sausages in alginate casing at a speed of two meters per second and a sausage length starting at 40 mm.

The Can Filling Line FKF607 fills products automatically and without air pockets into containers. Precisely adjustable volumes guarantee maximum weight accuracy. Depending on weight and raw material, up to 120 cans, jars or cups can be filled per minute. A format change to another can height takes only a few minutes.

With the Skewer Former931 vegetarian and vegan masses can be filled directly onto a wooden, plastic or metal skewer. In addition to round nozzle shapes, many others are available such as star, rectangular or spiral, thus enabling a high degree of variety in the sales counter.
The Skewer Former931 can be combined with all VEMAG vacuum filling machines.
The Manual Cutting Device MMC portions and cuts rectangular products from minced meat or plant-based masses. The nozzle insert with minced meat structure is available in different formats, depending on the size of the trays to be filled. The portion weights are individually adjustable.

Our small scale vacuum filling machine Robby and the attachment MPF818 produce up to 20 plant-based patties per minute in simple manual operation. The forming plates are quickly interchangeable and enable the production of a wide variety of burger patties.
The BC237 produces balls, croquettes, and other formed products with maximum weight accuracy. The attachment is quick and easy to set up and clean, and is operated via the intuitive touch display of the vacuum filling machine.

The Can Filling Tube908 portions liquid and pasty masses such as sauces and salads, with and without chunky ingredients, cleanly and weight accurately into jars, cans or cups. The filling tube is available with different filling head attachments depending on the diameter of the container to be filled (sizes: 60, 70 and 90).

The fully automatic Filling Line FKL609 in combination with the vacuum filling machine Robot500 fills your liquid and pasty products into cans, cups or jars at a portioning speed of up to 60 portions per minute. Format changes are quick and easy.
The Casing Holding Device DHV937 flexibly processes natural and artificial casing. The casing brake of the DHV937 can be adjusted during production without tools and without having to stop the machine. Since the device does not require its own drive, it is wear- and maintenance-free.
The DHV937 can be used, for example, with the vacuum filling machine Robby.
The Casing Holding Device DHV815 flexibly processes all common casing types in a range of 13 - 58 mm caliber. The casing brake ensures particularly gentle handling of the casing. Due to the easy threading of the casings, non-productive times are noticeably reduced.

The Casing Holding Device DHV841 flexibly processes all common casing types. It achieves extremely high linking speeds of up to 700 portions per minute. The attached caddy holder ensures short distances and fast casing changes.

Ten billion people in 2050 - these are the current forecasts for the development of the world's population.
