The Can Filling Line FKF607 fills coarse and sinewy products such as corned beef automatically and without air pockets into containers. Precisely adjustable volumes guarantee maximum weight accuracy. Depending on weight and raw material, up to 120 cans, jars or cups can be filled per minute. A format change to another can height takes only a few minutes.

The Filling Head Line fully automatically and weight accurately fills viscous masses into cups, trays, thermoformed packs, etc. in multiple lanes. The filling heads are tailored to the product, dive deep into the respective container and close quickly, cleanly and reliably. This guarantees best filling results without dripping. The setup consists of a vacuum filler, a filling flow divider and filling heads. The vacuum filling machine portions with maximum weight accuracy. The product is divided into several lanes by means of the drive-free, state-of-the-art and patented filling flow divider technology.

The Cup Filling Line consists of a vacuum filling machine or a dough portioner of the HPE series and a cup filling unit. The mass or dough is fed to the cup filling unit and portioned into containers by means of a filling flow divider and filling heads. A magnetic conveyor belt ensures precise feeding of the containers to the filling heads. The filling heads are lowered for portioning after sensors detect the containers. The speed of the vacuum filling machine/dough portioner and the conveyor belt are perfectly synchronized, which allows optimal positioning of the mass/dough in the container.
The Can Filling Tube908 portions liquid and pasty masses such as sauces and salads, with and without chunky ingredients, cleanly and weight accurately into jars, cans or cups. The filling tube is available with different filling head attachments depending on the diameter of the container to be filled (sizes: 60, 70 and 90).
The Can Filling Tube908 can be combined with the vacuum filling machine HP1, as well as other small scale vacuum filling machines.
The fully automatic Filling System FKL609 in combination with the vacuum filling machine Robot500 fills your liquid and pasty products into cans, cups or jars at a portioning speed of up to 60 portions per minute. Format changes are quick and easy.
The FT722 filling table automates work steps in production. Masses with different consistencies, sauces, salads or soups can be precisely portioned and automatically filled into molds, cups, jars and other containers. Desserts, fillings and creams can also be processed.
By using the table, canteen kitchens or catering businesses, for example, can reduce the number of work steps. During use, a device that holds the jars is automatically moved in the X and Y directions and the containers are filled precisely.
The patented solution ensures that the containers to be filled are always in the correct position. The filling table is designed to accommodate various shapes, which are then filled automatically.

Filling head
The vacuum filling machine HP1 can be equipped with the manual filling head806. This allows liquid and pasty products such as salads or sauces to be portioned precisely and cleanly into the desired container. A practical hand switch and an integrated holding device make work easier.
