As an efficient solution for the industry, the VEMAG dough portioner VDP230 has an enormous output capacity. The VDP230 portions in two lanes with absolute weight accuracy and is the optimal attachment for increasing productivity. The VDP230 dough portioner divides wheat-based doughs for toast, sandwiches, pizza and much more precisely and with maximum output capacity. The innovative unit portions up to 160 portions per minute and lane. The total capacity of the line is thus 320 p/min and covers all requirements of modern industry.

With the dough portioner of the HPE series and the attachment FST883 for the flexible dividing of filling flows on up to 36 lanes, you can produce cookies, biscuits, disks and many other forms weight accurately and with reproducible quality. After dividing the product flow coming from the dough portioner, the attachment ensures weight accurate processing of masses and doughs with uniform product quality.

The Ideal Solution for Dividing a Wide Range of Dough Products

Hamburger buns, English muffins or hot dog buns - the dough portioner of the HPE series in combination with the Servo Cutter can be used flexibly. The dough flow is divided into four, six, eight or more lanes by an automatic filling flow divider. The subsequent Servo Cutter separates the individual portions with high weight accuracy. If required, the line can be extended by a VEMAG Belt Rounder. The portions are loaded on the belt rounder and then fed to further process.

Depending on the product, the servo cutting device achieves output rates of up to 200 cycles/min.

Securely Place a Filling inside a Formed Product

The Ball Control BC236 is connected to two vacuum filling machines. One machine provides the filling flow for the outer mass (coating), the other provides the filling stream for the filling (core). Both masses are combined in the forming module. The core, regardless of its consistency, is precisely placed in the product.

The Servocrimper is a universally applicable module for the production of a wide variety of ball-shaped or cylindrical filled products. The Servocrimper can generate a filling content of up to 70 percent and is also suitable for highly chunky masses. The filling is always positioned exactly inside the product. The attachment operates with 100 cycles on one and two lanes and with 80 cycles on four and six lanes.
