The Filling Head Line fully automatically and weight accurately fills processed cheese into cups, trays, thermoformed packs, etc. in multiple lanes. The filling heads are tailored to the product, dive deep into the respective container and close quickly, cleanly and reliably. This guarantees best filling results without dripping. The setup consists of a vacuum filler, a filling flow divider and filling heads. The vacuum filling machine portions with maximum weight accuracy. The product is divided into several lanes by means of the drive-free, state-of-the-art and patented filling flow divider technology.

Almost unlimited power reserves for extremely high throughput and maximum torques support the user in every situation. The vacuum filling machines of the HPE series cover the entire production spectrum. In accordance with your individual requirements, portion sizes from 5 to 99,999 g can be processed. The vacuum filling machines can achieve a filling capacity of up to 8,700 kg per hour. Thanks to the proven double screw technology, the vacuum filling machines portion with extreme weight accuracy. The industrial filling machines feature the VEMAG Duo Drive, consisting of two separate drives for the double screw and the feed-in.

Precisely Closed Cream Cheese Products with High Filling Volume

The Servocrimper is a universally applicable module for the production of a wide variety of ball-shaped or cylindrical filled products. The Servocrimper can generate a filling content of up to 60 percent and is also suitable for highly chunky masses. The filling is always positioned exactly inside the product. The attachment operates with 100 cycles on one and two lanes and with 80 cycles on four and six lanes.

The Ball Control BC236 is connected to two vacuum filling machines. One machine provides the filling flow for the outer mass (coating), the other provides the filling stream for the filling (core). Both masses are combined in the forming module. The core, regardless of its consistency, is precisely placed in the product.

Attachments for Every Cheese Application

We offer a variety of processing machines specifically designed to produce a wide range of cheese products. Whether your application requires forming, extruding, loading or filling of cheese: We have the right solution for you! The basis is our double screw technology with special double screw versions that are tailored to the special requirements of the cheese processing industry and portion your products precisely by weight. In addition, we are the first supplier of a vacuum filling machine with USDA Dairy certification - a special distinction for our expertise in the dairy processing industry.

After portioning to the exact gram with the vacuum filling machines, the attachment adapted for the further process follows. A wide variety of solutions are available, e.g. for the weight accurate production of rolls and disks such as fresh goat cheese rolls (125 g to 2,000 g) or sour milk cheese disks with a weight range of 6 to 250 g, or attachments for the precise and clean filling of processed cheese into cans, cups or jars. The hot-filled products are portioned into the desired container at 60 cycles per minute. Weights of 100 to 500 g can be produced. Clipping of processed cheese products is also possible, for example, by combining the vacuum filling machine with a commercially available clipping machine. In this case, the processed cheese is filled and clipped into artificial or cellulose casings as required. Reforming is also possible with VEMAG machines, turning them into a system for the production of cheese sticks or cheese stars in just a few steps. We also offer more solutions for handling, cutting, dosing and forming, e.g. to produce cheese blocks or twisted cheese products.
