We offer a variety of processing machines specifically designed to produce a wide range of cheese products. Whether your application requires forming, extruding, loading or filling of cheese: We have the right solution for you! The basis is our double screw technology with special double screw versions that are tailored to the special requirements of the cheese processing industry and portion your products precisely by weight. In addition, we are the first supplier of a vacuum filling machine with USDA Dairy certification - a special distinction for our expertise in the dairy processing industry.
After portioning to the exact gram with the vacuum filling machines, the attachment adapted for the further process follows. A wide variety of solutions are available, e.g. for the weight accurate production of rolls and disks such as fresh goat cheese rolls (125 g to 2,000 g) or sour milk cheese disks with a weight range of 6 to 250 g, or attachments for the precise and clean filling of processed cheese into cans, cups or jars. The hot-filled products are portioned into the desired container at 60 cycles per minute. Weights of 100 to 500 g can be produced. Clipping of processed cheese products is also possible, for example, by combining the vacuum filling machine with a commercially available clipping machine. In this case, the processed cheese is filled and clipped into artificial or cellulose casings as required. Reforming is also possible with VEMAG machines, turning them into a system for the production of cheese sticks or cheese stars in just a few steps.
