The mulitloader MLR380 portions your products from a single-lane infeed into individual multi-lane loading patterns either directly into packaging or onto freezing and cooking equipment.

The Loading Line DL302 places your products precisely and fully automatically into trays and transfers them to the appropriate packaging. Thanks to two integrated tray denesters with a double index belt, the DL302 reaches highest speeds. The trays are transferred to the upstream packaging machine in two lanes, which accommodates a 2:1 format of a traysealer and saves an additional sorting process.

With a speed of up to 300 portions per minute, the SL309 flexible loading line loads a wide variety of products - from minced meat and cevapcici to sliders, burger patties and meatballs. The system offers the ability to load products in variable loading patterns into different tray types and formats. The integrated tray denester can accommodate different types of cassettes. The vacuum cassette is suitable for the use of foam and cardboard trays and the spindle cassette accommodates plastic trays.

The universal solution Link Loader LL335 for grouping and fully automatic loading of sausages in the packaging guarantees maximum flexibility in product placement formats without any manual effort. You benefit from improved hygiene due to less product contact. The discharge of defective products increases product yield.

The Link Grouper LG336 is our efficient grouping and loading module for loading groups of sausages in alginate, natural or collagen casings onto conveyor belts such as freezer or oven belts. The LG336 forms sausage groups, which are then placed on a conveyor belt. First, last and faulty portions (uncut, burst) are sorted out. The manual labour is noticeably reduced. The number of sausages to be placed in a row can be preselected and depends on the grouping belt length and carrier pitch, as well as on the width of the customer's loading belt.

The Paper Interleaver PI355 automatically positions paper or film under the separated portions. Thanks to its compact design, the attachment can be easily integrated into existing production lines. The PI355 is available in single-lane and double-lane executions and can thus process up to 600 portions per minute.
Automated denesting and loading of trays with the Tray Denester FD316. Automatic production lines are kept in continuous operation for longer, the risk of unnecessary downtime is minimized, and higher effective production output is achieved. The solution ensures fast format changes by simply replacing of the denester cassette and features short set-up times without tools. Operation is simple and intuitive.
